How much does a website cost in Estonia in 2026

The price of a website depends not on the number of pages but on what the site has to do. Here is what the total is made of, what different types of sites cost and which expenses come after launch.

In short

  • A landing page costs from €690, an SEO-ready service website from €1,900, an online store from €3,500. All prices exclude 24% VAT.
  • The total is driven by unique templates, languages, modules and integrations, not by the number of pages.
  • After launch you pay for the domain, hosting, email and support. Usually that is tens of euros a month, not hundreds.
  • Save on the order of work, not on quality: first build what brings enquiries.

What affects the price

Unique templates, not the number of pages

Ten service pages built from one template cost less than three pages with completely different layouts. That is why an extra page in our calculator costs about €60: it is assembled from ready blocks.

Languages

In Estonia a website usually needs Estonian and Russian, and English for EU clients. Each language means translation, a native speaker’s check and separate SEO setup: its own titles, descriptions and hreflang markup so Google shows the right version. An extra language costs from €190 plus about €20 per page.

Modules and features

Online payment, booking with a specialist, a customer account, chat, a calculator. Each module has its own price in the catalogue: for example online booking from €340, online payment from €190, customer account from €990. Most of them can be tried before ordering in the demo centre.

Design

A neat style based on proven solutions, or premium design with animations and 3D. The second option adds about 25% to the price and about a week to the timeline. It pays off when the site has to stand out from competitors, for example in design, real estate or premium services.

Integrations

Connections to a CRM, Merit or Directo accounting, delivery services and Google Sheets. A simple connection through ready services takes hours, a custom API integration can take several days. In return, enquiries and orders stop getting lost and your manager no longer copies data by hand.

Urgency

If the site is needed by a fixed date, the team works in parallel and with priority. This adds 20% to the price and shortens the timeline by about a third.

Costs after launch

A website is not a one-off purchase. After launch there are regular payments, and it is better to know them in advance:

  • Domain .ee or .com: usually €10–30 a year.
  • Hosting: €5–20 a month for a regular site, more for a store or portal.
  • Business email (Google Workspace, Zone, Microsoft 365): a few euros per user per month.
  • Support: updates, backups, small fixes. You can pay by the hour or take a monthly plan.
  • Marketing, if needed: SEO from €350 a month, Google Ads management from €250 a month plus the ad budget you pay directly to Google.
No big payment up front. A website on a monthly plan costs from €79 a month: hosting, SSL, backups and up to an hour of fixes a month are included.

Website builder, template or custom development

OptionProsCons
Builder (Wix, Tilda)Fast and cheap at the startYou pay the subscription forever, the site can’t be moved to another developer, limits in SEO and features
WordPress with a templateFlexible, lots of ready plugins, easy to editThe template brings extra code, without fine-tuning the site is often slow, plugins need updating
Custom developmentA fast site, no builder subscription, any features and integrationsMore expensive at the start

A builder is fine for testing an idea. If the website is your main source of enquiries, custom development usually pays for itself: a fast site ranks better in Google and turns visitors into clients more often.

How to save without losing quality

  1. Start with the essentials. First the site that brings enquiries; add the customer account, integrations and extra languages in a second stage.
  2. Prepare texts and photos. Projects are most often delayed not by development but by waiting for content.
  3. Use ready modules where they don’t affect sales. Custom development is worth it for what sets you apart from competitors.
  4. Split the payment. We take 30% up front, 40% after the design is approved and 30% after launch. Instalments over 12 months are also possible.
